The Court Reporting Institute of Dallas (CRID) was started in 1978 and for more than 20 years we have trained and provided the most talented and capable court reporters in not only Texas, but throughout the nation. CRID was the first private court reporting school in Texas to be awarded the authority to grant Associate degrees in court reporting. We opened doors to train court reporters in Houston in 2002. In 2006 we began to offer our 100% online court reporting program so we could bring our focused training program to students across the country.
