Culinary Academy of Long Island has been training students in the field of Culinary Arts since 1996 and, in May of 2005, we were purchased by Quad Partners and gained an affiliation with the Culinary Academy of New York. We have since evolved to include 3 Culinary programs, a Hotel Management program, and several Continuing Education programs. We are conveniently and ideally located in the Greater Metropolitan Area, so job opportunities and culinary exposure are at a maximum.
