Since 1963, Daymar College has been providing career training in general business studies and has since expanded to include 35 career tracks and 4 campuses in Kentucky. In 1970, after receiving national accreditation, we began offering credit-based courses in all programs of study.
It is our purpose and mission at Daymar College to provide individualized instruction to our diverse student population; we are passionate about helping our students attain a level of individuality and maturity that will benefit them in both their personal endeavors and related careers. We believe that students will most benefit from an education that is rich in general studies and that can be applied to all aspects of their lives. Campus Information
Daymar College’s main campus is located in Owensboro, Kentucky with 3 other campuses in Louisville, Paducah, and Newport. We do not offer on-site residency; however, our campuses are easily accessible. Although each of our campuses offers different degree programs, all radiate a warm, friendly atmosphere that is conducive to a healthy student community. Students are also encouraged to join student clubs and organizations that will foster healthy relationships that will stand the test of time.
Class Format
Campus:
Many students feel comfortable in a traditional classroom setting. Daymar College has made this achievable through the operation of 4 campus locations. Each location offers a variety of degree programs and multiple class scheduling options that can fit almost anyone’s hectic pace.
Online:
Daymar College offers the ultimate in flexibility and freedom by offering online courses. 24 hours a day and seven days a week, from anywhere in the world, you can access assignments, contact instructors and chat with other students.
We operate on a quarterly calendar and students have the option of enrolling in day or evening courses, and even further flexibility is offered through our online courses.
All of our programs can be completed in less than 2 years.
Affordability
Tuition is approximately $225 per credit and the amount of credits needed does vary; other fees will apply.
Support
Our Career Services staff will work with you upon graduation to help you secure job placement. You will be well prepared for interviews, resume-writing, and other career planning preparation.
Daymar College offers small classes to help facilitate an efficient level of communication between students and instructors.
