Background
New York Automotive & Diesel Institute (ADI) is ASE Certified with their Autobody program. We are the only school in New York City who can take that claim to fame. New York ADI trains students with up-to-date technology to help you get the best job possible. Become a Master Certified Automotive Technician, Truck & Diesel Technician, or Certified Collision Repair Technician in as little as 8 to 15 months for full-time students, and longer for part-time students. You must be a high school graduate in order to enroll at New York ADI.Campus Information
Our campus is located in Jamaica, New York. Each classroom is equipped with the necessary tools to teach students effectively. In fact, students train with the same equipment used by automotive industry leaders, such as GM, Ford, Toyota, Caterpillar, and others. We take pride in fact that students don't just learn how to change parts, but also learn how to diagnose problems and fix them correctly the first time. There are also computers available in every classroom to offer computer-based presentations.Class Format
New York ADI offers a complete curriculum that focuses on your field of study only! This is the best way we know to provide you with the most up-to-date technological educational experience that enables you to enter the workforce immediately upon graduation. You will work on simulation equipment, as well as actual vehicles to gain much-needed hands-on training. Our instructors are ASE certified, and have years of experience in your desired program. Full-time students can begin classes starting every three weeks, while part-time classes begin every five weeks.Affordability
