Students at Bay State College are given Academic Advisors who assist you in completing an Action Plan. This Action Plan will help you to gain insight and remain focused on your career goals; you will find yourself updating and revising your Action Plan as you continue to progress through your chosen degree program. Our Career Services Team is proud to boast a 100% job placement rate in 2007. This means that because of their hard work and dedication, 100% of graduating students found job placement within 6 months.
Bay State College offers unlimited, lifetime career placement, and Career counseling is available throughout your entire enrollment at Bay State College. We will help prepare you with career management counseling, workshops, guest speakers, and much more.
Internships are available for Bay State College students to gain entry-level experience and a first-hand edge in their chosen field of study.
Our Bay State College faculty is experienced in their subject content with over 50% holding advanced and/or doctoral degrees. Each faculty and staff member views it as a personal obligation to personally assist each student in preparing for and attaining their career, personal and academic goals. An 18:1 teacher-to-student ratio allows our faculty to remain consistently involved with students on an individual basis. |
